Alex for Ops builds Chrome extensions that connect directly to your Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API. This privacy policy explains what data these extensions access, how it is handled, and what we do not collect.Data We Do Not Collect
Alex for Ops does not operate a server, database, or cloud storage system. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of the following:
– Your Shopify store data, order history, customer data, or financial information
– Your Shopify API credentials
– Usage data, analytics, or telemetry from the extensions
– Personal information of any kindHow the Extensions Work
All Alex for Ops Chrome extensions operate entirely within your browser. When you use an extension:
– Your API credentials (shop name and access token) are stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your device only. They are never transmitted to any server operated by Alex for Ops or any third party.
– API requests are made directly from your browser to your Shopify store's API endpoint (*.myshopify.com). No data passes through any intermediate server.
– Any data retrieved from your store exists only in your browser's memory during the session and is cleared when the extension closes, with the exception of temporary cache data stored locally in your browser.
– CSV files generated by the extensions are downloaded directly to your computer and are not transmitted anywhere.Third-Party Services
These extensions do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external communication is between your browser and your Shopify store's API.Chrome Web Store

1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using any Alex for Ops Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.2. License
Each Alex for Ops extension is sold as a one-time purchase. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the extension on your own Shopify store. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the extension.3. Shopify API Usage
These extensions require a Shopify Admin API access token. You are responsible for generating and maintaining that token in accordance with Shopify's API Terms of Service. Alex for Ops is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.4. No Warranty
These extensions are provided as-is. Alex for Ops makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of outputs, or uninterrupted operation. Shopify API changes may affect functionality over time.5. Limitation of Liability
Alex for Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of these extensions, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the extension.6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If the extension has a material defect that prevents it from functioning as described and cannot be resolved, contact us for a case-by-case review.7. Updates
Alex for Ops may update these extensions from time to time. Updates are not guaranteed. Functionality may change due to Shopify API changes outside our control.8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
